About Diane Randall

After twelve years as an art director for a quilt magazine, Diane Randall, founder of Silver Creek Samplers, found a new way to channel her creative energy. Designing her own cross stitch patterns came naturally to her, as she had originally taken cross stitch as a hobby before diving into quilting. In 2009, after three years of crafting unique designs, Diane decided to reach out to a distributor who eagerly accepted her patterns. Since then, she has embraced her journey, describing her original counted cross stitch designs as a delightful mix of fun and folksical—a charming blend of folksy and whimsical.

Diane is a proud parent to an adult son who serves the community as emergency service professional. In August 2022, she married Clinton Randall, affectionately known as "Mr. Silver Creek Samplers." Diane loves caring for her chickens and her beagle rescue, Charlotte, and enjoys exploring yard sales, attending auctions, and antiquing.
